The electrical panel at the entrance signs is in need of updating and maintenance. The sign lighting is also broken and needs to be replaced. A new lighting solution is being explored to light the sign directly without blockage from snow and landscaping that often occurs with the existing lights.
The fence is in need of cleaning and the board plans to request proposal for pressure washing in spring / summer of 2022
The brick pillars between fence sections are cracking and spalling and will need repointing and repairs in the near future
The domain, email, and website were setup in early 2021 and will continue to be developed and communicated out to homeowners throughout the year. Adding the ability to accept electronic payments for the 2023 dues payment is being explored.
Seven large dead/dying trees were removed from the outlots
The original Covenants are 30 years old and are long overdue for an update. The Board and Association attorney worked to propose amendments and gathered homeowner feedback bringing an amended document to vote in early 2022
The entire irrigation system was replaced as the old system was experiencing leaks and maintenance issues and was ultimately destroyed by the city path reconstruction in 2019.
Recent major projects include the replacement of the fence, replacement of the entrance signs, and removal and replacement of many overgrown and end of life trees.
