Mission of the Association
Mission of the Association
The Association is led by a group of volunteer board members with two purposes:
1) Maintain the outlots owned by the Association - entrance signs, fence line, and landscaping along Windsor Street - STH 19.
2) Uphold and maintain the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, and Conditions - helping promote neighborliness and protect home values by ensuring homeowners upkeep the exterior of their properties in a consistent, presentable and tidy manner.
